Privacy policy
Vega Global Services LLP (“VegaJob”) operates vegajob.com. This policy explains what we collect to run the filing bench. Last updated 4 October 2026.
What we collect
Name, email, mobile, date of birth (for login recovery), resume files, work-authorization notes, target titles, application records, messages you send us, and account status. Those records live on VegaJob servers (application database and file storage), not only in your browser.
Payments
Card, UPI, and netbanking details are entered on Razorpay’s hosted checkout (razorpay.com). VegaJob does not see or store card numbers, CVV, or UPI PINs. We store the plan you chose, the dollar list price, the rupee amount charged, the Razorpay payment id, and whether a recruiter confirmed it. Razorpay’s own privacy policy applies to data they collect at checkout.
How we use it
To evaluate your profile, write role-specific resumes, submit applications, operate dashboards, send service email (including password reset), and process subscriptions and refunds. We do not sell member lists.
Who else sees it
- Assigned VegaJob recruiters and managers, to run your bench.
- Employers, only the materials we file on their career site.
- Razorpay, for checkout, settlement, and refunds.
- Resend, to deliver transactional email.
- Cloudflare Turnstile, only on the contact form, to confirm you are not a robot.
- Our hosting and object-storage providers (including DigitalOcean) to run the site.
Retention
We keep account, payment, and filing records for as long as the account exists and as needed for tax, dispute, and legal duties after it closes. You may ask us to correct or delete data that we are not required to keep.
