Refund policy
This policy is issued by Vega Global Services LLP (“VegaJob”) for paid filing benches on vegajob.com. Last updated 4 October 2026.
Free review
The resume review is free. If we accept or decline you, there is nothing to refund.
How you are charged
Plan prices are listed in US dollars. Checkout is processed by Razorpay in Indian rupees at the USD–INR rate shown when you open the payment link. Razorpay collects the amount on their hosted page. We do not store your card number. Filing starts after your recruiter confirms that payment. Complimentary (waived) benches have no cash charge and no cash refund.
How to cancel
Request cancellation from your member dashboard (two-step confirm). The bench stays live until an admin approves the request. You may withdraw a pending request. If we decline the request, dates do not change and you will see the note.
Unused days
After an admin approves a stop, filing ends that day. Unused whole days in the current paid period are refunded on a pro-rata basis: unused days ÷ days in that paid period × the rupee amount Razorpay captured for that period. Days already used (including the approval day) are not refunded.
When an admin approves the stop, VegaJob sends that pro-rata refund to Razorpay or Stripe for the original payment method. Your bank or card network may take a further five to seven business days to show the credit. There is no cash or bank-transfer alternative unless the processor cannot return the funds to the original method.
What we do not refund
- The free review, whether accepted or declined.
- Days already used in the current period.
- A waived or complimentary bench (no payment was captured).
- Failed outcomes: we do not guarantee meetings, offers, or visas.
Failed or duplicate charges
If checkout captured a payment and the bench never started, or the same invoice was charged twice, email contact@vegaglobalservices.com. We reverse the extra capture through Razorpay or Stripe after we confirm the payment id.
Chargebacks
Write to us first so we can refund unused days under this policy. A chargeback does not replace the dashboard cancellation step.
