Terms of service

These terms govern use of vegajob.com and the filing bench operated by Vega Global Services LLP (“VegaJob”, “we”). Last updated 4 October 2026.

The service

VegaJob writes a role-specific resume and lodges it on the employer’s own career site — about 24 filings a week (weekdays plus Saturday) while your bench is live. You take the meetings. We do not run a job board, do not guarantee interviews, offers, or immigration outcomes, and never take a share of compensation you negotiate.

Accounts

You must give accurate profile information. You are responsible for keeping your login safe. We may decline or pause a search if a profile cannot be marketed in good faith. Staff sessions end after a short idle period.

Billing

Everyone starts with a free resume review. A paid bench begins only after we accept you, you choose a 1-, 3-, or 6-month plan, and Razorpay captures payment. Listed prices are in US dollars. You pay in Indian rupees on Razorpay’s hosted checkout at the conversion rate shown on that link. Filing starts after your recruiter confirms the payment. Renewals follow the same path: Razorpay capture, then recruiter confirm, then dates move.

You may request cancellation from the dashboard. An admin must approve the stop before filing ends. Unused days are handled under the refund policy.

Your materials

You grant VegaJob a limited licence to use your resume and profile to perform the service. You represent that the information is truthful. We may keep application records needed to operate the bench and to meet legal duties.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site to submit false credentials, interfere with other members, or attempt unauthorised access. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

Limitation

To the extent Indian law allows, VegaJob’s liability for a paid period is limited to the rupee amount you paid for that period. We are not liable for employer decisions, visa outcomes, or loss of an offer.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
